Although I have been vegan for most of my life, (for ethical reasons, not about queasiness), I do have and use some Chinese fur brushes. I ordered these two synthetic brushes as an experiment, and I have to say that I love them, and they've come in handy many times. Regular Chinese brushes have different personalities than these ones, but the synthetic brushes are incredibly durable (even with harsher inks, like India ink), have an energetic spring, and are excellent for technical details.
