Practice-oriented workshop via Zoom and Recording
Join us for a comprehensive journey into the world of Chinese calligraphy and seal carving. This weekly 1-hour workshop, running from July 12 to September 13, will take place every Friday and is designed to cater to popular demand for a long-term dedicated calligraphy class.
Class Structure:
- Practice-Oriented: Each lesson will focus on mastering 1-2 characters while reviewing the basic strokes at the beginning of each class.
- Rotating Instructors: Victoria and Henry will alternate weekly to provide a rich and varied learning experience.
- Victoria's Classes: Learn to write in five different styles: Standard, Semi-Cursive, Cursive, Clerical, and Seal Scripts.
- Henry's Classes: Dive into the intricacies of seal engraving, including how to design and carve English letters and images into Chinese seal stones.
